I think I've heard of the Juice Box being used in Diesel applications, but not positive.

The Juice Box is one of many "chips" that claim to improve mileage and/or performance, and all they really are is a 7-cent resistor. Usually they hook up to your intake air temp sensor, and supposedly by making the computer think the air is colder it will change the fuel injection parameters. Depending on how it's being marketed, the claim will either be that it injects more fuel for better power, or less fuel, for better mileage. Those conflicting claims alone make it clear that it really does nothing.
I spent some quality time with the engine controls chapter of the factory service manual for my truck, and as near as I can tell, the intake air temp sensor isn't even used except for a couple minutes when you first start a cold engine. After that it's the mass airflow sensor (and the first O2 sensor) that controls injection, not temperature. (There are some engines that combine pressure and temperature readings to infer mass airflow, but our engines use a direct sensor for it.)

the sensor tricks it into cold mode, so it never runs on the MAF and 02. the Juice for diesel is made by edge products, not gonna work in a nissan.
and i always thought the juice box was that small spot on the back of your head where the spine meets the brain, you can fit a knife there nicely, resulting in instant death.
