Hey guys - many of you know me, many of you don't. I'm also from Fort Collins, glad to see more folks from up North coming out of the woodwork. My X is a bit over 7 years old now, and I've really enjoyed wheeling it these past 7 years. Not quite sure why I lost my marbles and showed up to the first GOX in 2000, but its been nothing but fun since then. I've met tons of great people and have lots of fantastic memories. I'm not quite as hardcore as some of the guys here, but still enjoy a challenging trail. 4-wheeling is a great way to get my wife into the back country. She lost a leg to a motorcycle accident many years ago, so hiking, etc. isn't in the picture. She's been a great co-pilot. She doesn't have the option of getting out and walking if the going gets tough, and she can't hike out if we get stuck, yet she's still been a great trouper. We frequently go out on our own (not terribly smart I know), but stick to easier trails when we do. She didn't even say "I told you so" when I high-centered on a rock on Radical Hill and had to hi-lift myself off :)
Anyway, I really like the concept of this "club". See some of you on the 11th, others on the trail in the future!
