Well, I just got back from college (only 2 years in, not done yet). And I decided it was time to buy a newer car, espcially one that can handle the snow here in Colorado. As of my old car, it is a 1989 300zx turbo that with all its mods as roughly 330rwhp.
So anyways, this is my first car loan, so I am super excited!
Its a 2002 Xterra S/C SE 4x4

Welcome  You may find (as I did) that the supercharger doesn't make the truck as fast as one might think it would. Especially coming from a turbo import. Not to say it's slow, or not fun to drive, just different. The low end torque is a kick in the ass, and they rule offroad.

heh, a lil info on the Z...
JDM VG30ET with only roughly 27k on the motor total including a complete
rebuild about 2-3k ago.
It has a really loose turbo LSD that needs to be replaced soon...
400cc injectors at 50psi fuel pressure
Front mount intercooler with 2.25 piping
Manual Boost controller set at 16psi
XTD Stage 3 clutch and flywheel
QTP Electric Cut Out Exhaust
Oil Cooler
CSF 2 core radiator
Weight reduction from 3200lbs down to 2950lbs
Thats basically it. Its been completely rebuilt and restored by me, everything down to spec and tuned properly. I haven't ran the 1/4 with the new intercooler. I did run with the stock piping at 10-12psi, it did low 13's. So I suspect with the higher boost, maybe low 12's.

Sweet rides! Looks like you're a 'take care of the paint' kind of guy. Nice!
Any plans for the S/C on the X? Pulley? Computer?
Mine is also a S/C, but the automatic. I'm looking to get a little more out of it, but haven't quite pulled the trigger yet.
Glad you found us here.

Just for starters...

exhaust
front brush guards and tail light covers
bigger tires (dunno what plans yet as far as suspension - but thats kind of far off)

My mom is a photographer and I took a few years of photo class so I never look just at the main object.
That Z is clean! Very nice. I almost bought a 1991 300zx a week ago.

I keep blowing them up. Its ok though. I enjoy pulling a motor, takes me about 2-3 days for a complete rebuild and install.
