Looks like Northwest Fab may be the first to put it together.

Quick update: From Northwest Fab on Pirate4x4

I've finished pulling the pattern off the TX10, and done the majority of the cad design. The adaptor will be 4" face to face, built from 6061-T6 Billet, TX10 to 6 Hole Round, with the ability to flip the D300 from passenger side to drivers side, with some clocking included.

And The REALLY interesting part...
There is NO Cutting or welding involved, this is 100% bolt on, with only 1 mod needed to be made to a shift rail.

I won't have a price or lead time yet, we are sending quotes out to get the shafts cut from 4340, the adaptors we will be milling in house shortly. I have enough material on hand to do 8 adaptors, but I expect some material to get used up in programming and setup.

Thanks.

The only problem I see with this one is they say there isn't any cutting....are they keeping the WHOLE TX10? There's no reason to have the second half of the TX10 in there, which would require some welding to remove.

if it's done right they will only keep the front 1/3 of the tcase so no welding needed. This would require a bigger block of AL and more cnc work so most of the talk has avoided it.

Has anybody asked if this stuff will work for the 4banger trucks or is it for you VG guys? I honestly don't expect much support $$ for the 4banger stuff as most trucks aren't anymore, but was just wondering if that question had been asked/answered.

Hi all

I talked with these guys at the offroad expo in Red Deer, Alberta and through a couple of emails. Their intent is a complete bolt on using only the first 1/3 of the tx10 case and an additional 4" of adapter. They said that they need to have the new shafts made elsewhere but I could get some measurements of the adapter soon for driveshaft length/angles. Lets hope for really soon!
