Condos - Rim Village

OK we are gonna condo it again this year. With this much notice we should be able to make sure everyone is taken care of.

I am working to get some deals going on them.

Why do I like the condos?

• BIG Kitchen (you dont have to eat out every night), Living Room and Dining Room, so lots of space to spread out.
• Some units are dog freindly,
• Cable TV, VCR/DVD and Stereo
• Gas grill on your private patio, I LOVE TO BBQ!!!
• Central Air conditioning... I am a mountain man.
• Gas log fireplace.. ummm dont care it is HOT!!!
• 2 Car Garage with ample storage, Last year we brought tons of spare parts. The garage made a great place to work and store everything.
• Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, After a long day on the trail its nice to cool off and relax the muxcles
• All the basics are there its amazing!!! Dishes, Glasses, towels.
• I checked and some units do have high speed internet.
• Cheeper than a hotel if you split the costs with a group.

These are the condos that are available at Rim Village for the dates requested 21st-26th.

3 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDOS - *$200.00/night + 9% Tax
High Speed DSL Internet Units- A2,B3,L2,N4,P2,Q1,Q3,U4,X3 free access with or without wireless card. The Internet is DSL thru the TV cable they can access it direct or with a wireless card. There is no extra fee for this service.

Pet friendly Units-A1,B3,I4,O1,O4,P2 additional charge of 35.00 one time fee for pets.

LUXURY 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH W/PRIVATE HOT TUB - CALL FOR PRICES.
Private hot tub and Internet access- T3 and X4 very luxurious,

2 BEDROOM CONDO - *$175/night + 9% Tax
I2 a 2 bedroom 2 bath that has Internet access

*These rates are subject to staying 5 nights or more.

I will keep a file open on my desk they can call us at 866-937-6622 and ask for Doricca or Wendy and the special "goneMoab" rate and either of us will be happy to help them.We will leave the keys under the front door mats and they can arrive as early as 3:00 pm and departure time is 11:00 am on the day they leave.

As long as we can find a unit that is dog friendly and has high speed, I'm there. Ab doesn't do the camping thing with a nice alternative like this :D

sweet.. I have been talking to Tyler and Alpine about riding shot gun and spotting. Im not going to be bringing my x over because of the unGodly cost of logistics. But I am interested in splitting a unit if anyone is looking to split with someone. Note I have all my shots and I don't bite.... hard..

O and I can bring over a hula girl for everyone...

The Condo is good up to 8 people. I have already reserved 1 so that leaves 2 bedrooms free (2 twin beds, 1 queen bed & 2 couches).

Second Bedroom Queen - $327 - Taken
3 Bedroom Twins - $327 or 163.50/bed - Taken
Couchs - $138.50/couch - ???
