those 33's really look quite nice. im assumin there 12.5 wide right? i was considering goin with 34's for my pathy but by the looks of your rig it makes me seriously reconsider. was plastic all the trimming required or did you have to shave some metal as well? you know the backspacing on the rims? any rubing up front with turning? looks real good man!!!

Rich, when I got my 31's with new rims I had to remove my fender flares and had to trim down some plastic up front. If you are worried about rubbing since you have the SL, crank the t-bars with a BL and you should have enough clearance?

trimming really isnt as hard as a lot of people think it is, just use a dremmel. pretty much any of the plastic you will hit with 31's is expendable

x2 on the dremmel its quick, easy, saves the arms, and IMO more precise than a sawzall of hack saw.

my pathy cleared 31's with no rubbing stock with the flares just fine. well as i sit now i got about 5" suspension lift:bannana: (over the stock 16 year old suspension parts BTW). new JGC + coil spacers in the rear, RC UCA's, balljoint spacer with the stiffer tbar crank gave me the 5" up front and my CV axles are still happy not to mension about 1/2" clearance on the UCA bumpstops. im runnin 31's on the stock lego rims with plenty of room. ditched my fender flares cause they looked funny IMO after the PML. Just still undecided on 33's or 34's but itsme your pathy looks damn good with the 33's so maybe i will go with radial(33's) instead of nonradial(34's)
As for a suspension lowering kit....uh i mean body lift....not a fan of em. goin to sas her soon and it would have to come off then plus i dont like changin the center of gravity that much. its all about ground clearance:cool:
gotta love the cordless sawzall with extremely fine teeth for smooth cut:saw:..i can MAKE clearance(to an extent with the IFS)....ill be doin a number to my fenders when my tires arrive hopefully before i start :beermug: so i can get some straightish cuts. gosh love me some hurculiner!!! oh and im stickin with some 10.5" wide meats on the lego rims. i know ill be doing more trimming after the SAS anyhow
:bowdown:end of thread jack....sorry
once again lookin good with your new shoes on man:thumbsup: thanks for postin up the pics. you answered a lot of my "i wonder if these will fit" questions!! and yes a pic is worth 1000 words.
