I need your old bearings.

I need anyones old rear h233b ring and pinion bearings to use as setup bearings.I also need some shims if anyone had any left or knows where to get them cheap.

i have some old diffs laying around, not sure what shims you mean. for the pinion?

well i have my 5.14s but i didnt get the 360 dollar install kit so im using my stock bearings over again. I just need the shims so i can set them right.I donno if the toyota and dana 44 are setup diffrently then the nissan rear are they? Bc on those you use the little metal shims to set the ring and pinion.

backlash is set with adjusters at the bearing caps, not sure on pinion depth, maybe allen will chime in. i've never seen any shims, but i've never messed with the pinion.

ohh ok that makes sense.. shims are used on backlash on the 44s and on the pinion.
