Okay, I'll acknowledge that this question will result in people having very different opinion for the following question.
I am looking at a 31 series battery - not for the front end uses, but for back end uses (compressor, toys, etc...) and most importantly for powering my sleep apnea machine when I am camping away from power. I am looking for Amp Hours as the important feature. In search through sleep apnea discussions - now there is an exciting topic - the discussion comes back to amp hours being the factor to running the machine for multiple nights without charging.
I've seen the Optima series - yellow and blue tops are the same, I have seen Odyssey, or the batteries that Kodiak has. Which would you suggest as the most bang for the buck, and life cycle.
Any suggestions and comments as to good sources. I've found [URL="http://www.1st-optima-batteries.com/"[/URL] They seem to have the best price for the Optima - I would go with the marine version because of the dual posts. I'll put it in a battery box with a set of Anderson Connectors to make the recharging process easier and make it easler to move from the truck into the car, or hose if needed.
