Sweet. I brew my own beer also. Although I am on a smaller scale than 5-gallons. This is just while I am experimenting, I should be doing atleast 5 if not 10 gallons at a time sometime after new years. So far I have made 5 batches. Best being a Strawberry Wheat. My hydrometer says it is 6.6 percent. I am here to tell you that it is one fantastic tasting beer. If we ever get a chance to meet up I have some other flavors I would be more than happy to share. I am still waiting on 3 of the batches to lager.....

Lance I need some stuff and I was wondering if you could quote me some prices: I need a 6 to 7.5 gallon carboy, racking cane, another beer theif, prices on wheat, bottle caps, bottle tree and I need to know if you ahve a nifty sanitizer dealy that you literally push the bottle down on a plunger which shoots sanitizer into the inverted bottle? Thanks.

Good to hear your first batch of beer came out good. I am brewing up a wheat beer that has some cherries, cinamon and nutmeg in it!! I cooked up the wart on the 1st of January and already it looks like a weird science experiment. I got stuff spewing everywhere!! good times good times
