ok so my 34 x 10.5 just got shipped from summit yesturday. sending hoohaa my core CL and $$ tuesday so ill have a new CL in a couple weeks. got the IAB on the way(when he gets the MO) from bogof. scored a ARB bumper with a new in the box 10,000# winch with fairlead for $650 that im going to pick up in a couple weeks. sliders have been found i just need to pick them up right around the same place as my ARB bumper. got a new cobra CB just need to install it and find a place to get a tuneable firestick(or 2). after installing the tires and hackin up my fenders with my sawzall i will be hurculining the sides of the pathy from the pin stripe indentation down. i think thats about it for this month. everything should be done within the first week in May....well thats if it ever stops raining :mad: every day i go to wrench it starts raining. i did manage to get my new NGK Iridium plugs/wires installed and shes running great!

ill have some progress/before & after pics. the pathy is gonna look sweet in a couple weeks:cool:

my new job is kickin ASS!!! im makin more $$$ than i ever have. this guy bought my tires from summit because im putting a lift on his truck and doind some other things.

i found the guy with the bumper/winch on NPORA a couple months ago. he had the bumper on his pathy but his frame finally rotted out and broke. he lives about 5 hours from me. its got a crease about 4" long under the passenger turn signal from a rock but i dont care about that. he bought the winch from costco but never installed it. i also have a Ramsey 8k pro i scored for $100 from a guy on craigs list....bought a new solenoid assembly and switch for $80 from Pierce's and it works like a champ. dont know which one im going to front mount yet. thinkin about rear mounting one of em too.

5 34 x 10.5 SS LTB tires = free(well about 8-10 hours of wrenchin on a 4runner)
arb bumper/winch = $650(im gonna try to get it for $600 though)
sliders = $130 located about 30 minutes from the guy with the bumper
CL = $225 + core(which i have a spare core i scored from Sammyb33 for $20)
IAB = $20 hooked up from bogof's fronty....same calmini part #
CObra CB = $35 from walmart
Firestik = dunno how much yet
fender modification = free and FUN!!
hurculiner = $60/gallon + 1 day of work
finding great deals = priceless and FUN

the only thing that SUCKS is i just called summit and my tires are now back ordered untill 4/30. they were supposed to be shipped yesturday but they said its interco's problem not theirs. on monday im gonna call interco direct and make something happen. oh yea i scored interco's direct # if anyone needs it....it was a PITA to get it.

i need to replace all my ball joints after my last trail run....i went a bit too hard on my pathy and im pretty lucky i didnt break my CL but ball joints are cheap and easy. all this will be done by 5/16 b/c i am going to an offroad park called Rausch Creek in PA for a spring event with VA4X4.com guys. i still havent done my tranny swap and my rear main spits a bit of oil but hopefully after that trail run ill get on my tranny swap. i know how to do the swap but i dont have anyone close that could help or the facilities to do it.

....now its time to start gathering SAS parts.....

Looks good man. But when you get the manual tranny...get a strong clutch -.-

OEM is what i heard is the best bet for my tranny. a ton of people say its super strong and that they have had more problems with centerforce performance "better than OEM" clutches.

yea you can see the little crease on the left side of the bumper. but the price is like a sore dick....you cant beat it :thumbsup: thinkin of hurculinin the top and front of the bumper and just sprayin a fresh coat of flat black on the bottom...still need the bottom to slide on rocks and such :)

Call up 4 wheel parts. They will match the price and odds are they have the tires.

they wont have em untill the 22nd of april. the guys at 4wheelparts said that interco stopped production for a couple weeks due to lack of orders. i just cant believe that i gotta plan more than 2 months in advance for tires. the problem is that i need them on my pathy by the 1st week in may so i can trim fenders, hurculine it and figure out if im gonna need some wheel spacers for stuffage because i got a 4x4 event at Rausch Creek and leave for it on 5/16. ugh i may be going with some 33's now. id rather be guaranteed tires than hope for em. i really want the LTB's though....they seem so nasty. but the TSL's seem pretty much comperable. i guess ill see what interco has to say tomorrow and go from there.

Sweet bro your really moving along with parts and mods.... Please don't take this wrong but you may not like the 10,000 lb winch. rom my experiance with winches a 6 or 8 will fit you much better. The 10k winch will have a much slower line speed and your unlikely to push the limits of an 8k winch. It's just my $.02 but the larger the winch the slower the line speed. And line speed is everything when it comes to wheeling... I'm running a 6k and only stalled it when trying to get a semi unstuck. When that happened we just put a snatch block on it and got the big truck out w no problem... Just my opinion do whatever you want it's your ride.

thanks for the input curley!!! that is the reason i post. i love constructive criticism. my Ramsey 8K is about 4 years old and i think im gonna put that one up front....but i got a 10K thats brand new....just makes me think about RELAIBILITY. the 8K has got great line speed and its workin like a champ. 10K is overkill.....with a couple pullys i can make an 8K stronger than a 10K in a jiffy!! thanks again for the input Curly......like i said this is the reason i post!!!
