Had to make up to the beast...

I felt bad for trying to sell it...so I decided to give it a special treat. I ditched 3rd hour and went down to checker auto and picked up a Hella 500 Driving Light Kit. $75 plus a trip to wendy's later I was in my auto's class wiring everything up. 3 hours and a blown fuse later, I got everything working perfectly! :bannana:

haha this reminds me of my highschool days when everyone and a jeep/4x4/only lifted r50 within 200 miles would just ditch class and go into the shop and have a mod day. always got harassed by the admin but we didnt care.. I think now they have an attendance policy where if you dont go to class you have to make up the absence or else they dont give you credit for that class.. Even if you never go and still get an A. They enforced that my senior year and it was terrible.

Well the 3rd hour class was teachers aide. My teacher for that class is the athletic office director and she lets me do whatever I want basically. So technically I was ditching but no one cares if I do. The security guards wave when they see me leave or come back. Its funny. My last class after 3rd is auto shop so it didn't make a hill of beans difference. :roflmao:

I had that problem of getting an A in every class even though I didn't attend class at all most of the time. I got the school to put me on an "independant study" program, which pretty much meant I just kept doing what I was already doing, except it became legal, and it became possible for me to take more classes than you could physically attend in a day, which meant I had enough credits to graduate at the end of my junior year.

ETA: Except I apparently forgot the lessons on how to avoid that whole "run-on sentence" thing.
