I'm an idiot!!

So I changed tires from my mud to my AT's and about a quater mile down the road I realized that I didn't torque my front drivers side tire as good as I thought I did. Luckily I was only doing about 2mph in a construction zone and didn't damage anything that I can see. My rotor didn't hit the pavement. I landed on the nut that holds the lower control arm to the whel assembly. I had to drive/grind about 10ft to get some what off the side of the road. I am damn lucky and now know to triple check. But i'm still an idiot!

Oh yeah, Jamie your friend with the lifted green tacoma that we did spring creek with saw me and stopped to make sure i was ok. Next time you talk to him tell him thanks again and that I really appreciate him stopping.

I was in the same boat today. Did some tire rotation over a week ago. Today started having some tire sounds. Some lugs had come loose and broke 3 studs. Had to dismantle everything and chage them out. Fun job. Renagade(troy) gave much help. Just wanted to slap the calmini sas kit in the back of the truck on.
