Ok, so right now I have my front locker switch ghetto installed with zip ties. I have the rear locker switch and compressor installed in the factory punch outs. Since I don't plan to run just the front locker without the rear activated (and thats the way the ARB harness works), I thought a rocker switch would work fine. I was looking at these (http://www.4x4mods.com/Product/indexproduct.html) since they look about the same size as the ARB switched and would probably fit in the factory spot. I thought one of the on/off/on switches would work. I know I will have to splice some wires but I wanted to make sure I am looking at the right stuff.

So?

That company has a really bad reputation. Seems like half the people who order switches never receive anything.

What exactly are you trying to do? Just make it so the front locker can be activated whether the rear locker is activated or not?

Sorry gues I didn't make that clear. I want to have only two switches. One for the compressor and one for both lockers.

basically the rocker switch would be:
on/off/on or interms of lockers,
front/off/front&rear

I will have to get you a picture, but I had my compressor and rear switch mounted in the factory punch outs, and when shop installed my front, not sure how they did it but they placed it just to the Right of the punch outs and you can't tell there was never one there. All three in a nice neat row, looks perfect. Is there a reason you don't want to have independent lockers?

In MOAB, there were a couple of time I only used the rear after the one time the steering locked at the top of the hill because I had the front on and it wouldn't release.

Just wondering.

Sorry, did answer your question.

I thought about cutting the dash but I was looking for something a little more condenced.

With the rocker switch I still will have indipentant operation. Right now you can't run the front locker without the rear being on and I don't want to change that. Only now, instead of having two separate switches to activate, it will be one. push it down, and the rear turns on. Push it up and both lockers activate. Maybe someday when I have chromo shafts and strong u-joints I will want to run the front by itself.

I ordered two switches from them and got them NP, but that was a couple years ago. they fit great in the 05 knockouts.
