Is there any reason why you can't expose the harness and repair the wires? A couple of crimp-on butt splices should get you going.
Check the fusible links hear the battery. One of them may be burned out.

was the battery hooked up when you drilled through the wires? if so you probably popped fuse or a fusible link like res said. repair the wires, find the broken fuse/fusible link, and be on your way.

That big harness is held under the radiator support with a bunch of push-in plastic clips that you can see sticking up through the support. Just use pliers to crimp all of them and push the clips in and the whole harness will pop loose and be easy to work on. It might help to remove the two radiator brackets so that you can push the radiator forward a few inches.
The big white wire sounds like one of the main alternator-to-battery wires. There are (at least on my 99 Frontier) two of them, they're both 10ga. If you cut all the way through one you'll be running the whole output of your alternator through the other one, that's not good. Better get it spliced asap.
Oh -- be sure to disconnect the battery before doing anything. There's an airbag sensor under there too, best to not have any power available while messing around in that area, airbags are expensive to replace if they go off.

i already got rid of the air bag sensor i was always afraid of it going off when i slam down on my bumper or anything like that but i tested the wire there was no power going threw it and i checked the fuses and links there was nothing blown and i tryed splicing the wires back together and there was still no power to it so i got frustrated and tryed putting a wire from the cut part straight to the battery and it worked but i still want to figure it out and see why its still not working

That is not the longest single sentence I have ever seen, but it is close.
Have you checked for power across the fusible links?
