I'll being ripping my X apart this week to transform it to the SPORT model. What's that you ask...
S = original model
P = V8 Pathfinder axle shafts up front
OR = M226 rear w/ e-locker from the OR model
T = Titan front diff

Well, the wiring of the locker on the SPORT project is the only thing I don't know how to do. I searched thenewx for when Cornick did his rear end swap and found nothing really. Well, I found this thread...but it's only helpful for troubleshooting.
http://thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=174&highlight=locker+wiring

I know there's 2 plugs (one's the switch, one's the solenoid) on the axle and that I'll need a switch. Other than that, I'm lost. I was looking at the wiring diag. in the FSM (rfd-83 & 84), but that doesn't help me much...1) because I don't know what I'm looking at and 2) I don't have the differential lock control unit found on the OR models.

I know Cornick wired his without that though. I do have PM's sent to both Cornick and Kokopop (I think he helped with the wiring) regarding this (on thenewx), but figured I'd throw it out to the masses. I don't think anyone on here (RONIN) has done this yet, but figured you guys might be able to offer some thoughts. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I was pointed to a thread on NEXTerra via thenewx and found this...sounds like I'm good to go. Wahoo!!!

"I just went out and looked at mine and confirmed in the service manual there are 2 wires to the locker. A green wire and a lavender wire. The is another sensor on the 3rd member. Not sure what for. Speed?

Edit: I looked into this further. The connection on the 3rd member is the diff lock position indicator. It tells the Diff lock controller it is engaged.

The connection near the pumpkin is the diff lock soleniod. This is the one you apply your fused voltage to. It does not appear to need a relay unless you want to wire it that way, which is probably a safe bet."
