900 is to rich for my blood. Well at least right now. It would be nice to get an axle that is ready to go, it would save me time and cash. Anyone want to give me $900?

Well if you add it up it's awesome...
cause the axle you could find for $120 to 300
Then the warn hubs for $100 to 130
Then your locker for $500 to 800
Then your rock protection $99 to 210
Highsteer $150 to 350
HS Arms $60 to 130
New bearings and seals $ 30 to 50
New U joints $30 to 100
DOM tubing and heim joints over $130
Ring and pinion $200 to 500
HD axle shafts $230 to 500
New brakes and other crap over $80

To do it yourself 1,729 to 2,780

it's just a guess but i think i went with the lowest cheapest parts to the most expensive.

I forgot napa gold ball joints $80 uppers and $70 lowers... Aside from labor my axle with the arb and highsteer cost me $2262.00. And i still need to put chromoly inners and outers in with new u joints(keep the stockers for spairs). This 4x4 crap makes me cry it's so expensive. But it's fun too i just hope i don't get tired of it . :)

That is a good deal. My employee bought a 44 out of a bronco-arb, ctm, moser, warn, etc for $1200 and that was a good deal, too.

If I didnt have this axle under the X already I would be all over it.

That reminds me of, well..... me!

Just like my axle except mine has an ARB and 4.88s. Great deal.

Are there 5.38s for the h233b? I guess it wouldn't be that hard to put a D44 in the rear....

No there are not any 5.38s for the H233b but the kits to change out the D44 to match the plans for your rear are fairly cheap.

Dumb question  ...sorry i'm not the mechanic most of you are :P what else would need to be done on an 04 X to mate this in?

Buy this kit (http://www.purenissan.com/solid_axle_swap2.htm) plus a drive shaft, replacement rear spring packs, coil over shocks, sway bar kit, rear locker (optional), electrical tape to cover up the ABS light on the dash...
