ok i waited too long to buy bens axle,so i have to make a choice.
clay found some 513 gears for my 88 axle for 300.00,soooo
ill pay allen 300 to install them..(now at 600.00). now i have
to make long arms and get longer coils.....OR.....get gears for
the 95 rodero d44 axle in my garage..100.00...allen...300.00
(now at 400.00) 200.00 for gears and install kit...(now at 600.00)
get some 63 in leafs, ruff country frenched hangers, and the needed
drive shaft changes....which way should i go?........im leaning
to the d44 just because of the parts are more eaiser to come by
soooo what do you guys think?

Dana 44 I shockloaded the hell out of mine (broke a chromolly front shaft) with 40" ties and didn't damage the rear axle. The king did the same to his on 37s and broke the nissan rear axle. I don't understand why you need to change your driveshaft for the Dana 44

I'm assuming you ment Ruff Stuff and not ruff country. The Ruff stuff hangers are beef, I just got a set in if you want to see them.
I'd buy those nissan gears. A lot less work and since it's you're DD and you need quick and easy.

Good point all ya need to do is pull the shafts out a little then bring the third member to Allen. Hypothetically you could drive it the day after Allen installed your gears.

It also looks like there are some nissan lockright lockers on craigslist. Search for nissan locker on stolen911.net.

yea clay ruff stuff.....what would be the better set up for a dd?
long arms and coils or,63 in leafs  right now it seems to
me the cost is about the same.....same thing with the axle choice
im thinkin d44 because of parts options and avalability...
the 233 would be quick and easy though, get the gears in and,
long arm it later, then do the sas....hhhhmmm

i wouldnt go from coils to leafs.....hell i wouldnt run leafs in the first place. since its already coiled in the rear just longarm it. id keep the h233 for simplicity and quickness, SAS the front, swap the rear at a later date.
just my 2% of a dollar.....

What are you planning for the front, SUA or SOA? If SUA, I'd say not to even bother longarming the rear, swap the shocks and it will flex fine. If SOA, I'd go longarm. The leaf spring swap in the rear doesn't make sense to me, coils and links can work great.
And if you found a set of 5.13s for the H233b for $300, buy them! If you decide not to, let me know and I might go for them.
