Georgetown Ice Races

The time for the Ice Races is quickly approaching. Who's interested in going? I would like to go for one of their fun days so we can screw around, but also want to go to one of them when they are running the cheaters class.

Let's figure out a time and have some fun sliding all around! :crazy:

I was talking to Tyler the other day and he said he wanted to go up there again this year. I have jeep friend that wants to go also. Gotta look at the schedule to figure out a day.

Honestly, if the Broncos aren't playing, I don't care if I watch the superbowl or not. The NFL is slow, boring & uninteresting, unlike NCAA football.

You are ussually done by 1:00 anyway. Plenty of time to get back and watch the game. Plus you miss all the talking heads.

I happen to like Football, no matter who's playing...mostly. Now if it was a superbowl with the Titans or Giants or...well any team against the Lions, then that wouldn't be worth watching. There are some matchups which aren't worth the TV time, but I don't think the superbowl is going to be that way this year.

But yeah...whatever day works for everyone I can show up, I do have a DVR :P

Yup...we did this last year, worked out well.

And the fun day doesn't mean you can go screwing around on the ice, they get in big trouble if anyone rolls or crashes out there.

Going to purely spectate is kinda boring, IMHO, at least if you can race that day there's some fun to it.

I was contacted by Our Gang Ice Racing about using some of the pictures on my site in a AAA article. There may be a few Nissans in the article.

I will let you know if they use any.
