ok so the hb is squating in the front can i crank the tosion bars to level?
(i know thats not the best but its what i got!!!)

You can crank them but don't overdo it. You need to leave some space between the upper control arm and its bumpstop. About 3/4" is the minimum for safe handling on the road. I use my index finger to measure -- if I can slip the finger between the UCA and bumpstop and the middle knuckle is just snug between them, that's about the minimum clearance.
Also, be sure to lift the front wheels off the ground before adjusting them, or you may strip out the adjuster bolts. I got lazy about that once and ruined a bolt, and you can't just get them at the hardware store.
