Damnit Jamie, I emailed the same person about those headers. We'll have to figure out who emailed her first. :D
I'm wanting to try them on my R50.

doubt they'll work for you.

You're trying to talk me out of them, aren't you! ;)
I emailed her at 3:59 yesterday afternoon. Take that! If I do buy them and they don't work, they're all yours.

better get them before 6PM tomorrow, and seriously, they won't work.
I have some pacesetters in my garage you can use to test fit, just to convince yourself they are different.

Jamie,
I appreciate the input. With the new lift it drops everything down a bunch (just like a bodylift) and makes more space for where the headers go. I'm not planning on all the extra pipes fitting, but I'm hoping the upper header portions will work. I'll probably have to get the stud holes enlarged too.
Nobody makes a set of headers listed as a direct fit for the R50, so I'm all about trying parts for other similar vehicles. I have a cracked manifold so they need to be replaced anyway. I originally planned on trying out the SLR headers for the Xterras, but came across these and figured it can't hurt to try. Seriously, if I get them here and realize they aren't going to work, they're all yours. :)
How come you're switching to Thorleys? Better quality?

"However, I've stumbled across another group in Georgia that seems to know something about turbo setups on the VG33 and I've already exchanged an email with them. They're using VG30 manifolds from a Z (Z31 single or Z32 twin I'm not sure yet) apparently, but if the illustrations in the parts system, and service manual, are accurate, the VG30 has a different stud pattern than the VG33, but I think only on the right bank."
they might fit, but I really think the heads are different and they won't bolt up.
the pacesetters I have aren't in the best shape, and my exhaust has been cracked and messed up for a while.

You could always cut them apart and redo them with some generic exhaust tubing. Then mount a turbo flange to it and go to town.
I figured on doing that if I ended up finding a decent VG powered 2wd truck. Body lift, then an engine/trans lift to gain a lot of room. A couple of small turbos, nothing huge, and a single intercooler (2 inlets, single outlet) and I'd be in business keeping up with anyone going over Eisenhower.
