Post up your lists, what do you have left to do before GONE.

Umm... it all starts to run together.

doorstopfuellinecrossmembersfrontdriveshaftswapfro ntspringsslidersseatbolts
heatshieldradiocbbedcentersupporthubsoildindiffsst eeringetc
Rear bumper - that will be done probably early next month. And I can get rid of the spare underneath and also the tow kit sticking down will be gone.
Armor - not sure when.
PML - have the parts, need to put on.
New shocks - not sure when.
Need to get some trail spares for things together.
CB - no idea.
Probably not going to have everything done before then but oh well. I'd like to get a custom front tube bumper and winch but that's probably going to be next year before that is done.

That was the stipulation.....But I never said I would DRINK it in Moab. You said, I will buy you a coffee in Moab. I said sure! You can buy it there, and freeze it. You can give it to me when you move to the Springs.:) You should have joined us last night for diarrhea causing food. It was awesome!
There was no diarrhea to be had from that food.

Will do. Ian was going to assist with the t-bars when we get some time, but do you know how to do them? I have never messed with t-bars before so wanted someone that has and knows the proper methods, etc.
Anyway when the springtime comes I'll be hitting some trails here closer to the front range and I'll definitely let you know when.
I want to hit Kelly Flats this year though I probably won't make the two big obstacles they are pretty tough apparently. Pole Hill, and I want to run Sevenmile all the way to Red Feather this time instead of there being too much snow.

Kevin in 07 we had a rangerover join us on the trail. I have a friend with a toyota who has asked if he could come to gone 09. Is this a problem are others welcome? On wendsday it seems as if the only listed trail is poison spider - golden spike. How many people do you think will be able to run it?

I might have a buddy in a jeep come out, I plan to run something different then the group on the day he comes out. It's a nissan event and I plan to keep it that way. If he is out longer I will run the way back of the same trails. Like 2 or 3 hours back.

Trail use permit for having such a large group in Moab, pretty pricey. Plus other fees and such. Not sure all the details but Kevin was talkin about it last weekend. This will be my first time as well. Still it's not too bad split up between everyone.

Ohhh and the $20 does not come close to paying for permits and insurance. It just helps... every year its been so close to get the funds together and once the only reason gone happened was because we got help from Calmini & Nissan. We decided to secure the future of goneMOAB we needed to begin charging attendees a nominal fee to pay a portion of the permits & insurance required by Moab & BLM, it just brings us one more step closer.
We have to make sure everyone who comes is on the permit list, every year as the event grows goneMOAB & is known to be there that time of the year the event comes under more scrutiny.

I know in Oregon we need a special permit to wheel on public lands in addition to the event permit, if it is needed. Do we need to get an offroad pass or anything for wheeling in UT?
Registered!
Updated list:
new brakelines, again
get/install CB
possible 1-piece driveshaft
reserve cabin
Can't wait!
Alpine Spirit

Nope all the permits are taken care of by goneMOAB.... there is only one section where we have to enter a park and we will need to buy a pass for. Fins N Things & Hells Revenge are in the Sand Flats Recreation area, that will need a $5 3 day pass.
