Wow that's a great deal! If you did everything yourself it would cost pretty much the same if not a little more...

Wonder if/when they are going to add the option to set it up as a front axle without going to other sources for the parts.

They're working on that now. They just added entire rear axle assemblies to their page yesterday, they just need oil and to be bolted in to be run. 400 is hard to beat for a custom housing.

wow....after pricing the true hi 9 with an ARB this could get expensive fast.

It could indeed. The Hi-9s are not cheap, neither are ARBs for that matter.
