Clayton, what the hell is "prolly"? Is it some new term like "phat"? Or, is it an abbreviation for "probably.”
I've seen this word over on XOC. I can't write a complete f***ing sentence to save my life, but I catch most spelling issues. I wish I had better writing skills now that I am back in school. I have the gramatical skills of a 5th grader and I am taking graduate courses.
Maybe I'm cranky because I am having to expand on the development of a Masters Thesis Project. I do not know what my "initial model that identifies the basic types of strategies available" is going to be, or even is supposed to be for that matter. I don't understand the subject yet, and they want me to apply it!
I am taking a break from the damn writing for a while. Must format my response in the APA style before I turn it in. I'll be glad if I get the damn thing completed before class in the morning. I’ve got the possibility of having a few middle school boys in our house for a 15th birthday party for Anthon-e. Piss poor planning on my behalf to have too many things to do before 9 in the morning.

OTR again......
Maybe it was my dead grandmothers' spirit coming through me. She was wicked about grammar and language.:errr:

Damn, Todd, that definitely sounds rough!
On a lighter note, wish Anthon-e happy birthday from me and Abbers

usually weekends, but with a day or two notice I can usually get a day off, as long as it isn't between january and may.

Two things get me to the prolly word
#1 Lazyness. Its an online forum not a fucking term paper. Everyone knows WTF I'm saying. I didn't know I was going for a grade in Ronin101. ;)
#2 Its a little inside joke my parents and I have. When I say it around them we all chuckle.
So there you have it

Prolly has a long long history as an abreviation for probably on the internet. I first used it in 1987 or 1988. (I've sometimes wondered if I was the first; I was certainly the first on BIX and IRC chats back then.)

I voted Sunday, Monday. Those are the days off from work, but kids keep me busy during the winter on these days. Sunday's they have bowling, Monday's I have to take them to school and pick them up to.
