Spotted; hardbody in vail

I was in vail. It was a red hardbody with white doors, a black hood, and severe rust on the front driverside fender; possibly a person with mexican roots. Is that anyone on here?

I saw one that was lowered and with spinner hubcaps. It had a mexican flag on the rear view, and hecho en Mexico etched on the rear window. Looks like a DIY job. Curb feelers, and faux chrome air vents on the side. Possibly a Chinese owner....not sure.
