I have an ac 3" lift with these upper c/arms - https://www.4x4parts.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=435_436_194_244&products_id=141

I'm wondering what ball joints to use? Factory replacements or maybe the calmini upper b/joints (if they will work) - http://purenissan.com/ball_joints2.htm

Thanks all,
Kevin.

They should just use the factory balljoints but you wil definitely need to replace them when you want to those arms on

Maybe I need to clarify what I'm asking here. When I put the longer aftermarket ac upper a/arms on I'm going to put new b/joints on as well since I don't want to chance using my current b/joints. Now what i'm asking is will the calmini ones work with the ac arms or not? Cost of the nissan b/joints does seems a little high compared to the calmini b/joints or other aftermarket suppliers(moog, etc). Thanks!

so do you have the aftermarket arms installed or no? Any type of factory ball joint off an older hardbody or pathfinder will work since thats what they use, the factory xterra/fronty ball joints are pressed into the arm. There was a thread on here awhile back telling which is the best ball joint. I think moog makes the best aftermarket stuff..

I want to know if the ac aftermarket 3" suspension lift longer upper c/arms will work with the calmini upper b/joints for my hardbody.

Probably not since calmini makes stuff for calmini
