Today I went out to test the suspension to see how much flex, as you can see in the pictures I think I can gain more flex without the sway bars.
Do you think that if I take both sway bars off, the back tire would have touch the ground?
The other pictures are going up a small hill, testing the ARB locker, without it the rear tires spin in the grabble, in the moment I engage it, it went up with no problem.
I did find out I have a small leak of air in the conection of the rear differential, No big problem.

The one in the picture is my son, future owner of the pathfinder.

looks really good. that rear tire would stay on the ground for sure without the sway bar, and you won't notice the rear as much as the front.

Will longer shocks be needed with swaybar removal? I know when I removed the limit-stops from my rear leaf springs it turned my rear shocks into limit straps (which can't be good for the shocks, they're gonna die soon).

Oh, actually, before my shocks became the limit straps, the rear brake line was doing the job. Luckily it was stainless braid, and didn't pull apart in the couple months it was that way before I got a longer one.

the 3" lift shocks AC sells, i think rancho 5116, were limiting my travel, but I think the 5112 or something is a little longer, so the links stop the axle instead of the shocks.

Cool! I have wheeled in Costa Rica...in a Prado. My family lives in Frailes. Alot of the town is a Robles or a Picado, I'm a Picado Robles so I'm related to most of the town.

Ok! OK! Off topic! Back to the Pathy. You son will be lucky to inherit that Pathfinder.
