nice Ben, you got that one from craigslist?
on another note, there's a guy on N4W that needs a latch for the rear gate of his pathy, if you have an extra one let me know and I will relay the message.
I won't be able to help anytime soon, sorry. I really gotta get my junk going soon, it's been sitting for a year now.

nice work man! that's a great deal.
sorry, everyone I know is neck deep right now, and I'm not the type to volunteer other people's labor. good luck, i've done the clutch on my 94 so if you have any questions post em up. get lots of extensions for your ratchet, seriously, lots. some of the bolts for the trans come from the front, and two of them are for the starter so it has to come out too. take out the torsion bars, and drain the trans and t-case before you separate them. trust me on the drain thing, i learned that one the hard way.

I'd help, of course, but I'm one of the neck-deep ones, with my engine replacement.

Oh, an auto trans. I'd start by pulling the pan and looking at what kind of sediment is in there. Just draining it through the hole won't give you enough info, you wanna look in the depressions in the pan and see if there's a lot of metal flake or furry-looking friction material in there.
I just did mine a couple days ago, and was quite pleased to find not a single identifyable flake of metal, and less than a teaspoon of fur clinging to the magnet in the bottom of the pan.
