I'm looking for a place that can ream out my pitman arm to match a chevy one ton tie rod end.
Anyone know of a reasonable place....offroad LTD wanted 50 bucks. Seems a little steep to me.

Well you know who did mine Allphase... they did a good job and will probably not charge too much. But i'm gonna have to stop recommending them it feels like i'm advertising.

Ben and I found the clutch line you are looking for... We got his cab however the yard closed due to snow.
This is what you are looking for: http://completeoffroad.com/wsm/i-84_reamer-tie_rod_made_in_usa.html

Allphase hooked me up...so now the front SAS is done (minus the ARB line, vent line, and new springs)
Today I started on the rear. Got the old leafs pulled and the ARB from Tmorgan installed.
After Ben complained about the flex of the short nissan rears I went and pulled the 57" rears from my doner waggy. Plan is to mount new front hangers about 8" forward of the stock ones and use a 6" Toyota shackle in the rear. Running the waggy springs backward and moving the holes on the spring perch 1 inch back should give me 30" in front and 27" in the rear.
Then after I see how much more rear lift I need i'll order the Alcans with the proper setup.
