I used to see those all the time in Texas. I thought about bringing one in through my family in Costa Rica. I'll look around for a photo of one I have. It has the bed like the Patrol and 720's.

Oh ya... most of the little trucks in Mexico have the bed like that. The reverse lip on the top for strapping down stuff.

You can still buy a Double cab D21 in 2007 around the world. Same body style as the US 94+. Mostly 4 bangers gas and diesel though.

There called Navarras, Frontiers, Hardbodys or just D21s.
Some countries sell the frontier and the D21.
I would love a D21 Double cab.:bannana:

Here is a great way to see what Nissan sells to other countries.

I see those all the time here in Del Rio (I'm on the border of Texas/Mexico). Like mentioned, mostly 4-bangers and 2wds I've seen. I'm so tempted to pick one up

Do it Cuong!
Ben, here (http://www.4x4parts.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=UBB4&Number=448678&fpart=&PHPSESSID=ab159e19f3b443c0ecd4e489dec0e1ce)'s a thread JP put up on AC, and here's the pics from another HB CC thread he posted:

I agree with you though, I'd love to have one for myself. I don't know how to go about legally importing one, but the CC cab with a 4banger, 4.6 gears, and an lsd sounds like a great DD truck to me!

Trent, I just thought about selling my POS Chebby truck and try and get one :D I just need to talk to the DMV folks again about making it legal in the US.

All you'd need is the frame and cab. Especially if you've already got a truck here. Just swap the VIN tags and do it that route. I know it's not legal, and I'd never do it myself ;) but in theory, it'd be a way to do it.

Lol, that's why I said I didn't know how to go about doing it legally, I had that in the back of my mind though. Isn't there some law about the vehicle having to be 25 years old to import or something like that?
Cuong, is that the 2wd Chevy with the 305 in it? A 4banger HB will get a LOT better mileage than that you know... nudge nudge. If nothing else, figure out how to do it and I'll get one too in about a year.

Pfffft Hell I would do it in a heart beat. Illegal Sure.... but I would do it.

Me too! One thing I don't like about those trucks JP posted is the 720-style hooks in the bed. I know it's possible to get them with the regular beds from Mexico, I've been told they only put those on the SE model or something, but I really don't know. I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to chop a US HB bed to fit on there, but don't know if I'd do it if I were actually able to buy one fo the HB CCs.

No need for me to post pics now. I would take one for sure! I would probably never use them, but I like the hook bed.

I love the hook bed. I had that on my 74 620. very handy and strong. None of my 3 720s had it. 84 is the last year in the US for a real bed. Americans like the flush look.
