I have an older cordless drill, a Companion brand (cheap version of Craftsman). 14V, works fine. I'm going to toss it unless someone has use for it. I got a nice new Milwaukee drill/driver.

I don't even think they make them anymore - think they switched to the Evolv branding.

If nobody takes it, just throw a pre-drill bit on it. It'll be a great 'companion' to your Milwaukee. I have a crappy HF 18ver I use for most drilling. I keep fastener bits on my big drill most of the time.

pre-drill bit?

BTW I have another Black & Decker anyway here, which can also be used.

This is the one I got:

The thing is pretty powerful for being a smaller drill. I have their impact driver too, which will get tossed in the X on trips. Pretty handy little thing.

Looks good. By pre-drill bit, I just mean a small bit that's acceptable for most household fasteners. I keep a countersink bit on my drill
