FYI: I have spent some time walking the u-pull-it yards this week.
If anyone local is looking for a waggy d44. Sidewinder on York in Denver has two drivers drop non vac grand waggy's (I paid them $60 for mine).
Also the yard on Federal just north of I-76 has an 89, not sure how much they would want for it.

They had.... Kev an I pulled one for Ditchfinder and yanked the short side out of the other.
You probably also saw the HB that Ben pulled his new cab from.

yeah, ryan pretty much hogs all the driver drop waggy axles from sidewinder. i bet the toyota guys hate him, in the last two years the supply of waggy axles has to have plummeted.

So I guess you saw the one that I got my axle from.
They also had another new waggy inside the orange stuff that should be open for pilaging soon.
So they had a KC hardbody? I missed that. I need a new sunvisor and center console. (I guess Ben got those)

No I think we pillaged about everything some. There are no intact D44s left.

Did you notice the rear axle missing on the white one where you got yours???? Tyler and I were going to snatch up the front along with the back. The rain chased us away!!!
Where are the pics of this machine of yours? Can't wait to go wheeling with ya.

I got it back in late Septmenber or early October, the rear was missing then.
I have not taken any pictures, but it's prety much done (minus the new springs, shocks, tires and drive shafts.)
Should have the front All Pro springs early next week, then because I need the rears for a possable Moab trip on the 23rd I think I will go with BJ's 4 or 6 inch FSJ lift springs on the rear. Alcan just takes far to long and the stock jeep rears seem to flex very well, there just 3 inches short of level. After I see where the new front's sit I will know exactly what I need.

I have some left over lift blocks you can have if needed for leveling.
That is the Waggy, Tyler and I grabbed the rear end!

I may be up for those blocks as a temp solution...do you have the u-bolts it takes to use them?
Anyone ever drill leaf springs? It occured to me last night that if I want to move the big eye back to the front I only need to drill a new hole in the top spring. That should be much easier then drilling the whole leaf pack.
Thanks for removing the rear...it made it easier to get the rear springs.

What size tube is your rear axle?
You probably know about these already... can be moved an inch back and forth.

I think it is 3in.. Come to think of it, Kev tried to put the the units I have around his 233B and they didn't fit.
