I am finally getting around to replaceing my clock spring in my steering column. Can any one tell me what other vehicles share this part with my truck? The dealer wants $200 for one so I am going to pull one from a junk yard. I have a 2003 KC Frontier 4x4 SVE edition. I have cruise only, no radio controlls.

Allen maybe?

Clay, I need your VIN. There are a massive amount of different numbers for this.

The one I think that would work for you is 25554-1Z686. It's for cruise only, no VDC, no steering wheel stereo controls, so I think it's the one. The VIN would narrow it down for sure.

If it's the one, then only one from a similar Frontier would work, even with only a 4 banger, according to the interchange. The Xterra version goes to a 2Z691. I'm thinking that if you found one that has a stereo control as well, then you could just not use the connector for it.

Woo Hoo! I was right, so everything that I stated above is true. Good hunting!

Its not as much hunting as it is waiting. I just need to tell my junk yard guy to keep an eye out for one and save it for me. Then its mine for the picking. I was hoping I would have a wider search from different models. I plan on pulling the CV's, Tcase, clock spring, and any other random stuff I need.
