Hey everyone!
I am a new guy to the Nissan line of vehicles. I have always liked the Xterra but had never driven one. I used to have an old f-150 that I did some wheeling with. Then I got a Bronco to try out for a while, but never really wheeled that much. I guess I did'nt have too many people to go with. So the other day I got myself an older 2000 X. The thing seems to be in pretty good shape. I'm happy with it so far. I found this group and thought I would join after reading some of the forums and seeing how informative and friendly everyone is. From what I can tell my X is totally stock. I don't know how well the stock X's do with wheeling, but I am looking forward to testing it out. It seems like it will be great for doing some camping with anyway. Now if the weather will continue to get better I have something to look forward to. I hope to talk with and meet some of you guys soon. This is an awesome group you guys have!

I wheeled my stock X in places I probably shouldn't have but she never let me down :) I'm in Lone Tree, so like Steeze I'm close by too.
Welcome!

Hey guys!
Thanks for all the welcomes. I think the last time I did any real wheelin was about 6 years ago at Red Cone. It has been a while but I look forward to it. I will have to pick up a book on the trails in CO. since I don't know where many are or what ones I could do stock for now.
I don't really know what all is available mod wise for the X or even how hard it is to mod, but some of the pictures I have seen of your rigs gives me the itch to make it better. You guys have some great lookin rigs. Again, thanks for the welcomes. I hope to wheel, camp, or have a brew with you guys soon.
Tyler: I think I have seen your X a while back. I had always liked them, but yours (if it was the one I saw) was the first one I had seen all modded up. Both my girlfriend and I looked sort of like this  . Good work bud!

Yeah, you don't have to cut your roof off or anything to go most places, but it helps! :D
Welcome to Ronin!

Welcome! It's cool how many people live so close to me. I'm at 470 and Broadway. My truck is nearly stock as well, and it goes some pretty amazing places!

Alex: I agree. Looks like tyler as well as the rest of you (judging by some of the pics) really know how to get it done out there. You guys might have to school me a little bit. :D
Allen: I hope I don't have to cut my roof off any time soon, but if I ever have to, I must say that your rig makes topless look good!
Bama: PM me a day in advance or so if you wanna go. If I'm not working I could probably go. I have had the thing for two weeks and its not been off road yet. :(
Stubby: I agree. RONIN rocks! When I got my X I had no idea there were so many people that live close that share in the Nissan love. Getting my X was the best thing to happen to me recently. The next best thing would have to be finding this group and all the cool and friendly people in it.
Thanks for the continued welcomes everyone! :D
