OK what all models does it work with? Pathfinder, Frontier, Hardbody, Xterra?

Is it a straight bolt in?

Does the pulley work with all models?

As far as I know all the plugs are the same. Ben just put one on his 4 cylinder HB with some extra pieces from the local hardware store. Both my trucks have them on the vg30's. Mine, just like Ben's, required a pulley change being we are vbelts. Mine also required a little modding to the alternator case in order to use the factory brackets. The tensioner also needs a little tweaking.

The Xterra runs the serpentine like the quest. I wouldn't be surprised if it would bolt right on.

I helped Ben put the alt. on his 4 cylinder a few weekend back and besides having to cut and reweld the alt. bracket and change a few other minor things (belt length, bolt length and sanding down the spacer behind the pully) it wasn't all that bad to do.

Here is what we did to the flat alt bracket to make it work with quest Aternator.
