Chasing down my front end issues...

When i trun to the left once the tires are at about 20 degrees off straight ahead, there is a long squeak/rubbing sound. but will go away once you turn it about 10 more degrees. and that is the only time it happens, not turning to the right or at any other point.

Makes the noise if the tires are on the ground or jacked up into the air with no parts ont he ground.

I think the sound is coming from the steering grear box. Is there a lubrication point on there somewhere, or does the steering fluid just take care of everything?

I know the fluid is a little dirty would flushing it fix the issue?

Another thing to do, is to check the tension on the PS belt.
