Lookin to upgrade to that size of tire and i did some research on the other forums (xoc) etc. It seems the consensus is that those will fit a stock 04 xterra with no trimming.
Any one here have these and know if you need to trim? They're about...an inch bigger than stock right? Just wanna make sure i don't need to do anything before i upgrade. Thanks in advance.

they're ~.5" bigger IIRC, but they fit no problem :D

Yes, they fit fine. I have some brand new M/T's for sale, including charcoal SE wheels for less than you'll find tires. You should "try 'em on".
