was it black with Oregon plates? The dude parks at the bottom of Floyd Hill all the time in the winter. Met him yesterday morning when he stopped into the shop (Evergreen Napa) - he said he was heading up to Bill Moore yesterday.

Pretty sure that's him. Was a cool dude, he promised me lots of mud at the top but I could barely find any :(
