Been working on getting Frontier fixed once and for all. After rewelding the Calmini bracket 3 times. I found a temp solution that involved so gussets, tapping and weld work. But that was just to get me through the summer and till I found an axle that worked.
Anyway. Its based off Kevin's. Ford axle, new radius arm brackets, using heim's on the upper control arm mounts instead of bushings.

Cut 1.1" off short side and 3.3 off the long side. Now its standard Chevy/Ford short side and Waggy long side

Took it to Blast-Tech and paid $25 to have it sand blasted

Cleaned up the inside. It had been hot and had some nasty oil

ARB and 5.13's transferred over from the Waggy axle

This is how the Frontier sits now. Next day off is Wednesady so hopefully I can put a good dent in getting the new axle back in.

Spayed some Waggy-b-gone on the front end and this fell out
