Hey guys,

Starting to get back into things.

I got a cheap little cobra handheld CB radio that came with magnet mount antenna. We are going to use it for road trips in my girlfriends car, so we didn't want anything permanent since that will be the only time we use it.

Does anyone have a SWR that i can use or could help me tune the antenna? I think it doesn't need much tuning since i can pick up highway noise about 2 miles away as the crow flies at my house.

thanks guys

I've got one.
Are you planning to go to the Meet and Greet (http://www.roninwheelers.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=73672#post73672) this Saturday? I could give it to you then. Otherwise, I could meet you along the C-470 or I-70 corridor.

Sorry for not getting back to you, been a little busy with things.

I have been doing a lot of driving from boulder down near park medows mall.

Is there anyone along the way that has an SWR meter that I can use/borrow? I can meet you anywhere to pick it up.

Thanks!

When does this need to happen? I'm in Highlands Ranch and work down at the south end of Wadsworth ... next week will be dicey with getting ready for the Holidays, and I'm out of town for the week between Christmas and New Years.

Might be able to make it happen during the week, after work, if you're in a bind ... but could definitely help out after the 1st.
