Ok guys so when I sased my pathy I was some what mad because of the lack of products out there to make it an easy swap. I went with calmini stuff and was not to impressed but it works. I was thinking of putting together a complete kit. We are talking from the hanger all the way to the brake line with at least to spring lift options and maybe even custom axles to go with it? Would this be some thing you all would be interested in purchasing if I were to produce it? Let me know what your thoughts are!!!

I think Nissan people are cheap and doubt they'd pony up for a custom housing. Then again, I used to think that about Toyota people and now there are several aftermarket options.
Could you compete with Calmini's prices?

There's no reason that, with some modification, it could also fit the Xterra.
I'd be interested, depending on the layout. I'd prefer the leaf sprung style of kit. Much simpler, easier to get used parts for, etc. Add to the fact that I outflexed the Calmini kit with used, junkyard leaf springs, I'd especially think it would be the least expensive version.

my plan is after the hb and pathy gets up and going to do an x package as well. I currently run a junk yard set of springs on the pathy and they flex like no other but on my hb I am gonna go to a custom set that i will work with the manufacturer and see how the pricing would go if I made a big order to try and keep things cheap! Although you will be able to run the junk yard set up if you want as the springs will some what be based on a toyota spring. At any rate i am shooting for several options with all of it being as cheap as I can get it because like all of you I am cheap and hate to pay a lot of money for my wheelin parts.

Well, I used the Calmini Pathy kit on my Xterra. Bell shackles and front hanger. I think even the spring perches for the front axle too. The only thing I didn't get was the middle cross member for the skid mount. Didn't need it and I don't think it would fit.
The rear crossmember could also be made to fit, right where the torsion bar crossmember would normally be, with the same cutout/hoop for the front shaft. With some slotted holes for the trans mount bolts/studs to make it line up better, you'd have a multi-purpose kit. And frankly, if someone made that 'kit' I'd pony up for it, instead of buying just this or that or the other. Then the rear (probably sold separately, so one entire vehicle would consist of a front and rear 'kit') I would do on my own (hybrid like before).
They're not that different, if at all, for the main stuff. Hell, if you didn't want to offer the skid mount for the front, I don't think they'd be different at all.
Trust me, this is something I've looked at very hard. And made work with minimal to zero modification to get working. ;)

You should speak with Steve from Rugged Rocks Offroad. He is working on this. I just saw his 4 link rear at GONEMoab and it's pretty sweet. I'm awaiting the front side to be complete and whether it will work with a D44 or how much the Diamond axle will run
