View Full Version : Stupid Taxes!

This is really pissing me off.
For the 3rd year in a row now, I have to pay! Not a little amount either (by my standards, certain folks make a ton more than I do!), close to $2600 between Federal and State!
I already have them taking an extra $50 out for the Feds, but crap man, how much extra do I need them to take to be able to break even?!
Can't we just take a single year out of our lives to go tax free on? Just one year, without penalties, nothing. We just get to keep what we earn. Is that so wrong?
Bastards! If I'm paying this much, every freakin' year, then there had better be a wall being built, as I sit here, to keep all these freeloadin' sumbitches from getting a handout for everything and anything they want. I can't afford a good steak once in a while any more, but they're eating t-bones and new york strips on my dime?! I had better not see another 'welfarion' at Whole Foods getting expensive crap with a welfare credit card. So help me, if I do, I'll be arrested! You'll see me on 9News next to Paula asking the really hard questions. Questions like "Why can't your fat ass get a job at the McDonalds that you keep eating at?!" and "Why can't there be a rule stating that no welfare dollars go to name brand items?" We need some common sense back into that freeloading society of freaks. The welfare money should only go to generic branded items, black and white label stuff. If they don't like it, THEN GET A JOB!!!!!!
Rant over, for now. I'll have to make payments for the next upteen months, and I'll be looking at the counters next to me every time I go to the grocery store.

I'd have some sympathy if I hadn't just sent out a set of checks to fed and state that add up to just under $25,000. But since I support all the social programs you're ranting against, I really have no complaints about paying my share.

Yeah it is a shame. I was in a grocery line once, and a lady tried to use "food stamps" to buy dog food. The clerk said you can't use the stamps on dog food, so she went and got a steak instead for her dog.

I will be sending a check to the feds on the 17th. I do this every 3 months. This time it will be for $34k and some change.
Joys of being in business for yourself and the taxes you get to pay.
I only work for someone else so I can have medical insurance.

A can of white tuna packed in water is great with some pepper in mac and cheese.
Ramen works well with pretty much anything cheap.

Man, that sucks. Pan fry the ramen with a little water and a little seasoning, it makes a good break from the soupyness.

Good one Peter, I drain almost all the water out and put the seasoning in and mix well, I never liked the soupyness.

I am thinking about starting a top Ramen poll now. I like my Ramen with a little bit of soy sauce and some eggs. Just drop them in there and stir it up. That is pretty good. I sometimes eat it right outof the pan boiled it in. How nice does that sound? Imagine yourself.......cold, socks are wet,you are coming in from a storm. You put your jacket up. Throw some top Ramen on the stove top, Change in t some PJ, grab a blanket and a woman, throw in an 80's movie and lay the bowl in your lap. While she is sleeping on your chest, you occasionally put a noodle in he hair and laugh to yourself.
I have not been too creative with the Mac and cheese, contemplating putting some hot dog in there. I don't know. It is a big decision. NOt one I am willing to make alone. Need to have a pow wow. I have had hamburger in there though. Again not to daring but a break frrom the norm. I love velveetta Mac and cheese. The kind where while you are stirring it up, you can hear yourself gettin fatter. That stuff is great. Now the powder form is a little iffy....You have to be good in order to get it just right. ANd buying a store brand is a risk I am just not willing to take. I would rather stick with what I know works like Kraft. :twocents: <---That is how much money I will have after tax season.

Wow...my $650 doesn't seem so bad. Last year it was $1800  If I'd filed before we split like I should have, we'd have only owed $36.
Whatever. Need to claim zeros I guess.

First of all I agree that we are handing out all our hard earned tax dollars on freakin free-loaders and people not even from this country. If we went to their country we would get ZERO!! This crap has got to stop.
Second of all, you need to get an accountant that thinks like a rich white rebublican that works for a large corporation, they pay little to no taxes and then steals our retirement money. That is all.
