A few of us are heading down to my property for one last camping trip this year. Just chillin, no wheeling. Guns, Booze, Dogs, Campfire, etc. All are welcome, just let me know if you're coming down. Plan is to head down Friday afternoon and come back Sunday afternoon/evening.
My place is about 1/2 hour north of Cotopaxi.
Any takers?

On a plus side I can actually consider this trip. :) On the down side I will have to say no since I will be arriving in Co on the 14th and will be unloading/unpacking that weekend.
Have fun though. :) I'll make the next one.
Cheers,
JSP

I'm with Ryan on this one. If I didn't have homework over every weekend, I'd be down for the camping down south.

Sweet!
So...I'm heading down Friday morning. Sean is leaving Golden after work on Friday - don't know what time. It'd be easiest for anyone who hasn't been there before to follow someone down there.
Oh, and bring all the hardware you have...two words - exploding targets. And two more words - tracer rounds. Hehe

Ok, I'll keep an eye out for any caravans heading out in the afternoon.
I've got some tracers for my Mini-14, so I'll bring those.

Sweet, Jerome. That might work.
We'll know more early next week, because if Aubrey is working from home on Friday, we can leave closer to 4:30, but if she's working at the office in Aurora, then it'll be later. I'll keep you informed!

i need to know who's in for next weekend. I am not giving out the gate code and directions to everyone, so here's the deal. I am leaving Friday morning around 8 or 9. Sean is leaving Golden around 6pm on Friday - don't know when David/mel are planning on heading down. Pick a time and plan to meet us somewhere. We're also planning on a dinner on Sat evening (everyone chip in), so we need a final headcount by Thurs PM at the latest.

Put me down for 2 people. We'll know Aubrey's schedule in a few days.
For now, We'll plan to meet up with Sean and/or Jerome in the evening (maybe along 470 somewhere). If you can PM me the coordinates, that'll be a good backup, in case we can't make the 6PM rendezvous.
Let us know what you'd like us to bring for the Saturday dinner.
Sweet!

A good meeting spot in the past has been the only gas station in Cotopaxi. Use google to get there. I should be there around 900 and will wait until 930 before heading to the actual location.
As for food on Saturday goes; this is something I am cooking for everyone, so bring some cash to pay John/myself for the food investment. Bring your own beer or whatever you be drinking. Two courses will be served and will consist of cheese and meat so if your foofoo head from Boulder bring your own tofu to eat. :)

10-4. We'll bring cash.
My girlfriend and I plan to meet up with Jerome (Big Red) at 6PM at his place, and caravan down to the gas station to meet up with you. That'll get us there a tad earlier than 9, but I'd rather be earlier than later.

Who was planning to meet me tonight, some shit has hit the fan and I am not making it down to the ranch tonight. Perhaps tomorrow night but tonight is out for sure. I need to know so I don't leave anyone hanging.

Aubrey and I had a great time this weekend. Thanks, John, for your hospitality, and Sean for your cooking skills.
