I was looking to do some exhast work on my truck(89 HB v6) i fanyone has any advice or opinons on quality, performance vs. cost that kind of stuff....anything will be helpful

You have the TBI so open up the air cleaner with some big holes. Then throw in a K&N or similar.

Pacesetter and thorley make headers.

Would a throttle body spacer help the most of would you suggest something different?:confused:

Never tried those. Some make noise.

Throttle body spacers will make it sound like it's got an anemic supercharger on there, but other than that do very little, if anything, for performance.
