Hey Chris that would be awesome... I need to go have a look at what I have in terms of bolt size (I think 5/8ths) and the through bolt I think is 5/8ths. But I want to up grade them to 5/8ths and 3/4 through bolt size with 3/4" High misalignment spacers that reduce it back to 5/8ths.

I think how they say it is... 3/4 heims with high miss-alignment spacers to a 5/8 bolt. Do you need left and right threading on the studs?

Yep both left and right hand thread... so it can be adjusted on the truck and I will reuse my Jam nuts.

Step 1: Weld truss to axle
Step 2: Cut off IFS crap
Step 3: Mount axle
Step 4: Spring over, maybe.
Step 5: Break in gears up front
Step 6: Test Run
Step 7: Pack
Step 8: Buy step stool for Abbye so she can get in the X
Step 9: Run back home from Morrison to pick up stuff I forgot
Step 10: Arrive in Moab and start drinkin'!

I need to relocate my sway bar crossmember frame mount. Under full stuff my driveshaft hits the stock IFS tab. This OEM tab holds the new sway bar crossmember (similar to calmini kit). This tab keeps sheering my U joint U bolts. Busted 3 so far. or I could limit uptravel. Uh NO.
I did get my 110v inverter installed last night and reloacted my CB speaker on the back wall. But I accidentally turned on my 2 100W lights (have black covers) and my rock lights (5 35W) for about 12 hrs. my battery was totally dead this morning.

replace saggy leafs in the rear.
Nothing else better break between now & then.

Your old leaves are saggy Eric? What would they do on mine, do you think? Without all that weight from having a body and whatnot?!
I wouldn't mind scrounging your dumpster when you throw those old ones out. :D
What to do before gone... let's see...
SAS and Steering.
Change seat and install possible 5 point harness for driver. Yep, a couple of weekends worth of work, to say the least!

Allen, the ones I have are Brad's old ones from an '00 or '01. 3-springs plus load leaf.
I cracked my original pack where the Calmini leafs were added. I do have a set of brand new AC add a leafs.
I don't know wether to get new springs & add the leafs or keep the ones I have now & add the leafs?

Well, if the ones you have now are old, then a new add-a-leaf won't keep it up either. It's like a half a Viagra, won't stay up long!
Get some new leaf packs. That's the only real fix.
My rear packs are Frankenpacks now. I'll probably only be add-a-leafing them for goneMOAB, then deciding on what to do for the rest of this year. My main concern right now is the front SAS and steering.

Allen, you can have my old Frontier leafs if they'll work for you. I once described them as "...useless W-shaped hunks of steel," but I was exaggerating the effects of what 3" lift blocks do to springs. They're not brand new, but they're not completely dead either.

Mr delivery man brought me Coils yesterday and it sounds like the Calmini SAS kit is sitting in the warehouse at my store. They called me and said I have a couple of big boxes and a few small ones that came in. All I'm waiting on now is gears and shocks. I'm hoping to get the axle gears (if I get them in time), t-case gears and the parts welded to my axle all done on Sunday. We'll see what happens. If anyone is around and wants to stop by sunday, let me know.

That'd be cool, sure! Can we meet up sometime on Sunday?

Tentatively, yeah. I'm not sure what my weekend schedule will be yet, I may be helping Martin put a body lift on his truck, or I may be doing things around the house (repairing the fences, etc), or I may try to get some wheeling in.
Actually, would it work to bring them to you at 4wp? I'm gonna be within a block of there at 4pm today.

I already have an ARB rear, so I was going to go with the same for the front. since the compressor is already set up and the wiring run it seemed the easiest.
