I saw a guy driving through town with one...pretty neat set-up.

Probably too expensive for me...the new <<<AT Chaser>>> (http://www.adventuretrailers.com/images/AT%20Chaser.pdf) will adjust in height and fit tires from 31" to 38"'!

I have been researching those a lot lately, as well as the roof top tents. They sure are expensive! There are a lot of pop-up tent trailers that are off-roadable now, too. I am toying with the idea of making my own roof top tent for the Cruiser.

Those are AWESOME!!! We looked at them at goneMOAB. There was a guy that had one on display during our Nissan Dinner. Very flexible and easy to get to your stuff. TONS OF OPTIONS!!!

Martyn from Adventure Trailers here.
Just picked up the traffic from your web site and wanted to thank you for your interest. We are updating our web site right now, the revised site containing all our updated information will be ready in early January.
We introduced the Chaser trailer this year, it's less expensive than the Horizon but just as capable. So we understand your concerns about the cost of our trailer, they are just expensive to build if you want them to withstand the vigor’s of the off road.
We make a distinction between an off road trailer and a ruggedized trailer. Mike said "There are a lot of pop-up tent trailers that are off-roadable now, too." He's correct, and they offer lots of features and comforts. The question you have to think about is how long will a ruggedized pop-up maintain it's integrity given it’s method of construction and the vibrations set up by wash board? And just how far off road do you want to go with your trailer? If setting up a base camp at the end of a dirt road works for you then your choice of trailers is fairly wide.
When we sell our trailers we expect the trailer to be something you pass down to your children.
You can find out more information on our trailers at:

A good friend of mine owns an Xterra, lifted, lockers, really nice rig. He's looking into a live axle conversion this spring.
I'll let him know about you guys.
I’ve attached a picture of him towing his trailer off road. The trailer is powder coated metallic silver to match his rig, matching tires and rims. He's got more pictures at http://rides.webshots.com/album/551729056fdxFnC

Hey Guys,
Names Josh. Hope you don't mind me chiming in. I work for Adventure Trailers and have the Chaser pictured above. I have talked to some of you on XOC. I was looking into your CO event, but could not find any dates on that page. When is it? I would love to come down and join you guys, and show you what the trailer can do. Let me know if you have any questions.

Only if I do not have an SAS by then. If I do then you can tow it up after me. Hell, I will try it this year even if I don't have a SAS.
How have you been Kevin?

Casper,
Snow is a fallin', so you must be busy getting the ski area all set.
Good to hear that you surfaced. Hope to see you wheeling somewhere this year.
