Ok I'll give it a look. How long can I go without replacing the boots, I'll be scarce on funds within the next few weeks.

You will be fine for a while, but if you get dirt/mud, etc. in there it will ruin em good. You can always check and see if they are dirty and try to clean and put some more grease in. You should be fine just driving around town.

yeah they don't spin when you aren't in 4wd so you should be good. i drove for years with torn boots before they started clicking. that's also why i get remans instead of just replacing the boot, usually by the time i do anything about it they're pretty well trashed.

Ooo years, like music to my ears haha even though I don't intend on driving on torn boots that long, it's good to know they'll last if i need 'em to.
